To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your cherished item, we offer two options:

  • Special Delivery Royal Mail (Free of Charge): We provide complimentary shipping through Special Delivery via Royal Mail. This method includes full insurance coverage to safeguard your purchase in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Courier Service of Your Choice (Additional Charges May Apply): Alternatively, you have the flexibility to select a courier service of your preference. Please note that additional charges may be applicable for this option, which will be communicated to you accordingly.

To proceed with the manufacturing and to order the stones for your custom piece, we kindly request a deposit. Our preferred method of payment for deposits is via bank transfers. This ensures a secure and efficient transaction process as we move forward in bringing your envisioned jewellery to life. Your deposit signifies the commencement of the production phase, and we will provide you with all necessary details to facilitate the payment seamlessly.

Each piece of jewellery in our collection will come with its own unique aftercare requirements, tailored to ensure its longevity and beauty.

For silver jewellery, it’s important to note that silver can naturally oxidize over time. To help maintain its lustrous appearance, we recommend the use of a silver cloth, which effectively removes the discoloured surface and restores its shine.

If your jewellery features gemstones, we advise periodic servicing to safeguard their integrity. Our general servicing includes inspecting and securing any loose stones, assessing for damage or wear, and providing a thorough cleaning and polishing. For white gold pieces, the service also includes re-rhodium plating, ensuring their enduring brilliance.

The frequency of servicing will depend on how often you wear the piece. For instance, we recommend that engagement rings worn daily be returned to us for servicing every year.

It’s important to be mindful that even diamonds and other gemstones, though durable, are not impervious to damage. To protect your jewellery, consider removing it during activities such as showering, sleeping, exercising, housework, or any manual labour. This proactive approach will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your cherished pieces.

  • Determining the correct ring size is crucial for a comfortable and accurate fit. If you’re uncertain about your ring size, we’re here to assist you. We recommend purchasing a ring sizer from a trusted source like the following link on Amazon: Ring Sizer.
  • If you’re ordering a ring for someone else, we encourage you to gather as much information as possible to ensure the perfect fit. Check with family and friends, see if there’s another ring they wear that we can use as reference, or provide a photo of the person’s hand to assist us in creating a custom fit that they’ll love. Your diligence in this process will help us create a piece of jewellery that’s both meaningful and comfortable.

We understand that sometimes finding the perfect fit can be a challenge. If you purchase a ring from us and it doesn’t fit as comfortably as you had hoped, we offer a complimentary resize service. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further information and guidance on how to proceed. Your satisfaction with your jewellery is our top priority, and we’re here to ensure your piece fits you perfectly.

We are conveniently located in Rhondda Cynon Taff, South Wales, approximately 20 minutes away from Cardiff. Our location allows us to serve both local and regional clients with ease, providing a convenient destination for all your jewellery needs.

  • Our policy is that we do not offer refunds for bespoke jewellery items. We take great pride in crafting these unique pieces, which are meticulously tailored exclusively for you. This ensures that each creation is one-of-a-kind. Throughout the design process, you will receive detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) renderings of your personalized jewellery, which should instil confidence in the final product. Upon request or when deemed appropriate, we can provide a 3D printed wax model, though this may extend the timeline for your order. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the initial purchase. If you wish to make any adjustments, we are more than willing to work with you on these adjustments. Additionally, we offer the option to trade in your bespoke creation towards future acquisitions, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to expand your jewellery collection with us.

When you receive your crafted jewellery, it will be elegantly presented in a bespoke box. You will also receive a valuation document that contains all the pertinent insurance information for your piece.

This valuation serves as a comprehensive record of your jewellery’s details, including its materials, design specifics, and appraised value. It is an essential document for insurance purposes, ensuring that you have the necessary information to safeguard your precious investment.

Rest assured, we go the extra mile to ensure that your jewellery arrives not only in style but also with the necessary documentation to provide you with peace of mind and protection.

To demonstrate our commitment to your jewellery’s enduring beauty and quality, we proudly offer three complimentary annual services. During this service, our dedicated team will:

  • Clean and Maintain: We will thoroughly clean your jewellery piece, ensuring it regains its original luster.
  • Stone Security: Any loose stones will be expertly secured to prevent any potential issues.
  • Metal Polish: We’ll carefully polish the metal, restoring its brilliance and shine.
  • Rhodium Plating: If your piece is made of white gold and requires re-rhodium plating to maintain its lustrous finish, we’ll attend to that as well.

Moreover, we stand behind our work with a guarantee that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship, providing you with added peace of mind. Our dedication to excellence extends beyond the initial purchase, ensuring your jewellery remains a treasured and enduring part of your collection.

Absolutely! We are delighted to offer the option of including engraving in your jewellery design. Since we employ CAD technology, engraving can be seamlessly integrated into your design, provided there is adequate space for it. Whether it’s a meaningful date, a name, a special message, or a personal touch you wish to add, we are here to make your jewellery uniquely yours with our engraving services. Feel free to discuss your engraving ideas with us, and we’ll work together to create a piece that holds sentimental value for you or your loved ones.

Insurance valuations play a vital role in safeguarding your valuable jewellery. They provide an accurate assessment of the replacement cost, which is essential when seeking insurance coverage for your precious pieces. In the unfortunate event of loss, theft, or damage, having an up-to-date valuation ensures that you will receive appropriate compensation from your insurance company.

We strongly advise all our customers to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined by their insurance providers. These terms can vary, and being well-informed about your coverage is key to ensuring your jewellery is adequately protected in any unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to helping you maintain the necessary documentation and information to support your insurance needs and provide you with peace of mind.
