Jewelled Phoenix’s ultimate objective is to create a brand that delivers a unique experience by offering customised precious metal and stone jewellery with a positive impact on the environment and society. We aim to manufacture our jewellery in the heart of South Wales, using industry 4.0 technology for mass customisation, co-creation, and personalisation, in alignment with Sustainable Development Goals to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. Our goal is to promote sustainable economic growth and productive employment while achieving positive societal and economic benefits.
Jewelled Phoenix will utilise Industry 4.0 techniques to achieve mass customisation and small-scale flexible production. We will use computer-aided design and 3D printing in polymers for lost wax casting, and eventually introduce implicit modelling and direct metal additive manufacturing of precious metal alloys through selective laser melting. By implementing Industry 4.0 technologies, we can explore new material alloys, reduce reliance on stock, and automate repetitive and harmful procedures such as the preparation and polishing phase. These technologies will significantly reduce waste, optimise material usage, and promote a circular economy.

We are passionate about transforming the industry by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies, as well as innovating new business models.
